FAQ - SHIPPING

How do you ship my order?

There are three options:

1. Store pickup

Make an appointment to pick up your order at Bamrongchart Sassanayathai, Sao Chingcha by contacting Line: @mowaan or call 02-221-8070 to arrange the pickup time.

2. EMS service

You will receive your order within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays, after the payment is received. The shipping cut-off time is 9:00 am each day, for example, if the payment is made before 9:00 am on Monday, your order will be shipped on Monday. You will receive your order on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Delivery fee is 80 baht per shipping address. Shipping is free for an order of 800 baht or more.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a parcel number to track the delivery.

3. Delivery service

You can use the service Lineman or other similar transportation services for delivery within Bangkok and its vicinity. Please contact Line: @mowaan to inquire about the exact service cost. For an order of 5,000 baht or more, delivery fee will be waived for delivery within Bangkok.

Do you ship to international addresses?

No. We currently only ship within Thailand.

However, if you live abroad, you can use the service of a shipping company by having us ship your order to their warehouse in Thailand. The courier will then deliver your package to your overseas address.

Please consult with your shipping company first if they can ship our products to you. Generally, medicated oil or balm, Chuenjit herbal lozenges and relief solution are considered to be over the counter drugs that can be delivered without a doctor's prescription. But, because each country has different requirements for importing goods, please verify before placing an order.
