Yahom Inthajak - Relieves indigestion, dizziness, and muscle pain
A Yahom recipe that relieves indigestion, dizziness, and muscle pain that has been known and used for a long time in Thailand is Yahom Inthajak. Yahom Inthajak appears in the medicine book of the Unalom Daeng Council, Thai Red Cross Society at present time. The book collects Thai medicine recipes used to prepare and send to help treat soldiers and volunteers who fought in the war between Thailand and France in the case of land disputes on the left bank of the Mekong River, in 1893. Yahom Inthajak is also recorded in the book "Subdistrict Physician" by Phraya Phatthipongsawitsutthibodee (Sun Sundaravej). It is a reference book of doctors who regularly go to treat patients in upcountry main towns during the reign of King Rama VI.
